    Helen was the woman who went to Sherlock Holmes.
    Watson was the one who helped Sherlock Holmes.
    In my opinion it is fiction.

    Helen Stoner was the woman
    Watson was sherlock holmes friend and his helper who helped him all the time
    I think it is non- fiction
